Step 2: Tell Us Who Should Analyze Your Website

The second thing you do is specify exactly who you want to test your website. We pull our testers from a pool of over 100,000 people in over 100 countries, so we can find testers for almost any conceivable situation. Our easy form lets you specify what country your testers come from, and allows you to ask up to 10 open ended qualification questions.

Step 3: Get Results

• The third thing you do is sit back, relax, and wait for us to send you results. We’ll start sending results within a few hours, and all of your tests will be complete within 24 hours. If you like the results of a test, accept it. If you think the tester should have been more thorough, or provided more detailed answers, reject the test.

Step 4: Share Your Results

After your test is complete, share your results. We make this easy by giving you a public URL for your final report, and giving you the ability to download the results as a PDF file.
